Individual dues, not the household plan
The official membership category is individual-only and capped. A family membership that happens to include the participant is the wrong product to screenshot.

Membership versus personal training
A membership is access. A trainer, life coach, or piece of home exercise equipment is a different request and may be excluded.
Do not treat a YMCA join page as proof that personal training is covered.

Is a museum membership the same rule?
It is the same IDGS membership family when it is an individual public membership. Sensory or STEM museum memberships are also named on the Family Support list. The packet still needs the published dues and the plan reason.
