Preserve what is known
Keep the provider name, offering, location, and source page. A page can be useful even when it does not show a rate. The missing price becomes a specific follow-up question.
Ask the smallest useful question
A provider inquiry can request the current rate, billing unit, schedule, cancellation terms, and any documents needed for payment. It should not ask for participant information or imply approval.
Keep the draft honest
Kit distinguishes observed facts, provider-confirmed facts, and unknowns. A packet is stronger when it says exactly what is still needed than when it looks complete because a number was invented.
One useful answer
Can I submit without a price?
That depends on the route and Fiscal Intermediary. Kit can show the missing price as a blocker or follow-up item instead of pretending the requirement is satisfied.
