The core identity facts
Start with the provider's legal or business name, public website, location, contact information, and the name of the specific offering. A brand name alone may not be enough for a payment record.
Kit keeps provider identity separate from eligibility. A well-documented business can still be the wrong fit for a particular request, and a sparse website does not automatically mean the provider cannot work.
The service facts
The packet should make clear what the provider will deliver, who will deliver it, how often, for how long, and at what price. A class title or marketing slogan is not the same as a service description.
If a public page does not include these facts, Kit records the gap and can ask the provider for only the missing business information you authorize it to request.
Keep private information out
Provider outreach should not include a person's diagnosis, Life Plan, or other participant information. Those private facts belong in the family packet, not in a public provider inquiry.
One useful answer
Can a public provider page satisfy every FI requirement?
Usually not. Public pages are useful evidence, but payment, tax, invoice, and attestation details often require provider-created documents or a direct response.
