Start with the activity
Describe what the person wants to do in ordinary language: piano lessons, pottery, dance, swimming, or another structured activity. You do not need to know the funding category before you start.
Kit uses the activity as the starting point, then separates the service question from the provider question. A provider page can show what is offered, but it cannot by itself prove that a particular family request will be approved.
What the packet usually needs
The request becomes easier to evaluate when it explains the person-centered reason, the exact service or class, the provider identity, the price or schedule, and any details the Fiscal Intermediary needs for payment or pre-approval.
Public provider pages often answer only some of those questions. Kit preserves the evidence it finds and turns the missing facts into follow-up work instead of making the family hunt for every detail.
